We currently fulfill and ship orders exclusively to addresses within the United States of America.

We currently do not offer international shipping. Any future changes to our shipping destinations will be clearly announced on our website.

All timelines are estimates based on standard operating procedures.

Handling/Processing Time: 1–2 business days is the time required to verify, prepare, and pack your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday.

Transit Time: 6–9 business days is the time the package spends with the carrier on its way to your delivery address (shipments are made Monday to Saturday).

Total Delivery Estimate: The total estimated time from the moment you place the order until delivery is 7–11 business days.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Eastern Time are processed starting the next business day.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to minor delays during peak seasons, severe weather events, or unforeseen carrier disruptions. We promise to communicate any significant delays promptly.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are transparent and calculated to ensure reliable delivery service:

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: A standard rate of $18.00 is applied to every order, regardless of size or weight.

The exact shipping fee will be displayed clearly on the cart page and again at the checkout before you finalize your payment.

We currently do not offer free shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor the real-time status and estimated delivery progress of your package.

5. Address Accuracy and Details

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout.

If you detect an error in the address, please contact us at contact@luxsun.shop immediately.

We can only guarantee an address correction if you contact us before the order is shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, reshipping charges equal to the original $18.00 fee will apply to send the package out again.

Damaged Packages: If a package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the damage before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund upon verification.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking confirms delivery but you cannot locate the package, please check surrounding areas and neighbors. If still missing, contact us; we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and assist with the claim process.

Place orders before the 5:00 PM Eastern Time cut-off for timely processing.
