You will generally receive a refund in the following situations:

The returned product is received within the 30-day return window from delivery and successfully passes our inspection.

The item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error (this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos).

Your order was successfully canceled before dispatch.

2. When Refunds May Be Denied or Adjusted

A full refund may be denied, rejected, or subject to adjustment if:

The return is requested after 30 days from the delivery date.

The returned item is used, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags/parts.

The product was explicitly marked as a “Final Sale” item at the time of purchase.

The item is damaged during the return transit due to the customer’s failure to package it securely.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

We commit to processing your funds securely and efficiently:

Payment Method: All refunds are issued solely back to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., credit card, debit card).

Processing Time: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 1–5 business days.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been successfully released from our system.

4. Shipping Fees and Refunds

The original $18.00 shipping fee is handled as follows:

Luxsun is at Fault (Defective/Wrong Item): We will refund the full product price PLUS the original $18.00 shipping fee paid.

Customer’s Choice (Change of Mind/Preference): We will refund the product price only. The original $18.00 shipping charge is non-refundable as that service has already been rendered.

5. Partial Refunds

In specific situations, a partial refund may be issued, such as when an item is returned with minor signs of wear or missing original packaging. If a partial refund is applied, we will always contact you beforehand and provide a clear, written explanation detailing the exact reason for the adjustment.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Reporting: Damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to contact@luxsun.shop, along with clear photographic evidence for verification.

Packaging Warning: If the item is damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging by the customer, the final refund amount may be denied or reduced.

7. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders successfully canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund, including the $18.00 shipping fee.

Post-Dispatch: Once an order has dispatched, the request must follow the standard Return Policy process upon delivery.

8. Timeline for Refunds

We work to finalize the refund process as quickly as possible:

Return Inspection: Completed within 2 business day of receiving the item.

Processing: Takes 8 days after the inspection is finalized. Total 10 Days to credit your account.

9. Transparency and Support

Our policy is based on absolute clarity and customer trust:

All refund rules are stated clearly, with no hidden conditions or charges.

If a refund request is denied or adjusted, we will provide a comprehensive, written reason.

If the issue originated on our side, Luxsun takes full responsibility and covers all associated costs.
